Terra Ledger runs a conventional corporate structure — an executive team with clear functional ownership, and small squads that own their surface area completely rather than being pooled across projects. Property, Editions and games are one company with one contract stack, not three businesses sharing a logo.
01/Leadership
Six functional owners. Real estate, engineering, curation, finance, legal and hiring — the six things that have to be simultaneously correct for a tokenized building or a tokenized painting to be worth anything.
Chief Executive Officer
Eighteen years in commercial real estate, most recently leading a $2.1B acquisitions book across the Sun Belt. Founded Terra Ledger after concluding that the settlement layer, not the underwriting, was the binding constraint on liquidity — and opened the art programme on the same reasoning four years later.
Chief Technology Officer
Formerly a formal-methods researcher working on verified compilers, then eight years building settlement infrastructure. Owns the contract architecture and the decision to standardise on Tezos and Michelson — including the choice to mint editions on the same FA2 base as the property book rather than forking a second stack.
Director of Editions
Twelve years between a contemporary gallery in Brussels and the prints and drawings department of a major auction house. Runs the art programme end to end — which artists we work with, what the terms are, and how a provenance record is written so it still means something in fifty years.
Chief Financial Officer
Career real-estate finance — REIT reporting, fund administration and audit readiness. Responsible for the distribution waterfall behaving identically on-chain and in the annual accounts, and for the artist royalty ledger reconciling to the tez that actually moved.
General Counsel
Securities counsel specialising in Regulation D and Regulation S offerings. Designed the SPV structure that makes a token transfer legally equivalent to a transfer of membership interest, and the consignment and title terms behind the Editions programme.
Technical Recruiter
Runs engineering and design hiring end to end. Your first and last point of contact through both open engagements — including the paid evaluation and the debrief afterwards, whichever way it goes.
02/How we are arranged
We deliberately do not pool people across projects. A squad owns its surface area — contracts, tests, deployment and the pager — which is why an unstaffed project stays genuinely unstaffed rather than quietly absorbing everyone's evenings.
It is a structure with an obvious cost, and two parts of the company are currently paying it: poker has no owner at all, and Editions has been art-directed by people whose job is something else. We think it is still the right trade, and we would rather be honest about the consequence than pretend a committed team has spare capacity.

FA2 issuance contracts, the compliance permission layer, the distribution waterfall and the royalty module the Editions contracts inherit. Owns everything that touches title.

The investor portal, the Editions mint and collection pages, KYC onboarding, indexer and the reporting pipeline that turns chain state into quarterly statements.

Artist relations, collection programming, condition reporting and the bonded-storage operation behind every physical work we hold.
2 of 4 — external
Art direction for the collections, the on-chain generative work, and the NFT artwork across the games estate. Two seats open to designers on contract or staff.

Provably-fair on-chain game mechanics. Shipped Rock-Paper-Scissors; currently committed to the Q3/Q4 settlement-layer migration.

Mental-poker protocol, hand engine, table server and client. Scoped, specified and funded. Currently unstaffed.

The Poker squad appears on this page as a row with nobody in it, and Editions — Art & Design is half-staffed. We are looking for an engineer or team to become the first, and two designers to complete the second.
